Swedish Comic Sin 1

This is the artwork for the first issue of Swedish Comic Sin, an adult comic anthology project I started back in 2009.

Some friends and I was talking about how there was no real forum for Swedish artists whom wants to make adult erotic comics for a mainstream audience.
Most of the adult comics with sexual themes we have here are made by French, US or Japanese artists, and does consequently portray their own cultural views on sex and gender, which in some aspects differ from the Nordic point of view. So this project was started to broaden that genre among Swedish comics, but also as a way to let young aspiring artists challange them selves and participate in a collaborational project with both me as an editor and the other artists to get feedback from. It's also a collective portfolio, sent and sold worldwide via the artists them selves, as well as the blog.

This artwork was done with ink (Winsor & Newton) on paper (matte ink paper), inked with a brush (Lucas, size 6).
